YEJ series electromagnetic brake three-phase asynchronous motor is a brake motor carefully designed according to the requirements of national standard JB/T6456. It is composed of general three-phase asynchronous motor (Y2 series) and DZM series DC electromagnetic brake. Its power level and installation size are in line with JB/T6456 industry standard and IEC72 international standard. This series of products have obtained ISO 9001 system certification and CCC product certification certification.
YEJ series motor is full closed, self fan cooling,squirrel-cage three-phase asynchronous motor with a electromagnetic brake, Y series motor end cover between the fan and attach a dc electromagnetic brake disc, is derived series of Y series.It is Widely used on mechanical equipment and driving machines where rapidly and accurate braking is demanded.
YEJ Series Electromagnetic Brake Motors have features such as small volume, simple structure, strong universality, etc. This series of motors have low noise, reliable braking performance and are suitable for working conditions such as rapid stop, accurate positioning, reciprocating operation and sliding preventing. This series of motors adopt continuous working duty S1, which can also be derived to S3, S4 as per customers’ requirement. YEJ series motors can achieve rapid braking after power loss.

YEJ Series Electromagnetic Braking Three-Phase Asynchronous Motor Working Principle
When electrified, the electromagnet produces a strong electromagnetic force to suck the armature plate to compress the brake spring. The two dual surfaces of the friction disc are separated from the pressure of the armature plate and the plane of the back cover of the motor, and the motor can rotate flexibly. When power is lost, the armature plate is pressurized by the pressure of the brake spring to tighten the friction disc and generate strong friction braking moment, so that the rotating motor brakes rapidly and achieves accurate positioning. Power supply of brake is fed by rectifier in motor junction box.AC220V-DC90V for up to 3Kw,and AC380V-DC170V for over 4Kw.
